This is where our journey begins. Grown in the peaceful hills of Yercaud, this medium roast comes from Balmadi Estate, a farm nestled among misty forests and winding mountain roads in Tamil Nadu.

The estate is equipped with a modern wet mill where ripe cherries are carefully pulped, fermented, and aqua-washed—a clean process that helps bring out the smooth, sweet flavors in the cup.
