Process & Roast Decaffeinated using a water-based process designed to preserve flavor integrity, the green coffee is first pre-soaked to gently expand the beans. It is then introduced to a concentrated solution of coffee solubles that selectively removes caffeine while keeping flavor compounds intact. After decaffeination, the coffee is carefully dried and prepared for roasting. A balanced roast enhances its natural chocolaty richness, draws out nutty warmth, and delivers a smooth, rounded body with a soft, approachable finish.
