Barr Coffee Company is rooted in family and heritage. The name Barr comes from my grandmother’s maiden name—she’s 93, sharp as ever, and the proud daughter of Scottish immigrants. Our branding honors that Scottish heritage, tying tradition to every cup we serve.
I’m Ian, and I started Barr Coffee Company in May with my very first coffee roaster. Since then, I’ve been perfecting small-batch roasts and sharing them with friends, family, and our growing community. In October, we’ll be expanding with a new roaster to keep up with demand.
We love connecting over coffee. Our first pop-up was in July, with another one planned for late September. Looking ahead, we’re excited to bring Barr Coffee to even more people through regular pop-ups and—soon—a mobile coffee cart.
