Brittany and Chris are a husband-and-wife team bringing their passion for expertly roasted coffee to Imperial, Missouri, and the greater St. Louis area through their mobile coffee cart. Each batch is roasted to order, guaranteeing the freshest possible beans for your cup. We believe everyone deserves a great cup of coffee, no matter where they are.

Our journey began after Chris’s brain surgery in 2024, a powerful reminder that life is too short to not chase your dreams. Coupled with Brittany’s ongoing battle with CMT, these experiences fuel our dedication to crafting exceptional coffee and giving back to missions around the world. We believe in using our passion to make a positive impact.

Since launching our roastery, we’ve also built our coffee cart, turning it into a platform to share our knowledge and experience. Our goal is to help others pursue their own dreams in the coffee world, offering guidance, insights, and encouragement along the way.
